Sapota Ice Cream (recipe sent from our customer in Australia)

Ingredients

  • 1 tin (~397g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tin (~ 354 ml) evaporated  (unsweetened condensed) milk
  • 300 ml double cream (heavy whip cream)
  • Add 4 tablespoon of Indus Farm Superfoods sapota fruit powder
  • Add saffron as per liking

 

Directions:

  • Mix all the ingredients well, pour in molds and freeze.
